How to select the Lederhosen / Bundhosen Size?
Please note that Lederhosen and Bundhosen has a low stretching tendency as compare to other fabric like jeans or cotton trousers. Sizing also varies depending on where you will tuck-in your Lederhosen / Bundhosen.
Lederhosen and Bundhosen get’s losen upto 1 inch after 2-3 times of wearing it. Breaking Leather like that is required before Oktoberfest. Also It is always better to get one size large if you are not sure about your actual lederhosen size.

Can I buy a single Apron?
Unfortunately aprons are produced with the complete outfit and can’t be ordered separately. Reach out to our support team for discounts on 2 or more dirndls at support@dirndlonlineshop.com
Are the accessories, blouse, and aprons included in the Dirndl purchase?
Yes, a blouse, an apron along with the ribbon are included in the package for free. However, you can buy the other accessories separately.
Can out-of-stock items be available again later on?
Yes, Sold-out items might become available again. Feel free to send us an email at support@dirndlonlineshop.com, and we will take a look for you.

Can I hold or reserve an item?
No, we do not offer reservations or holds on the products.

The order I received is damaged, what do I do?
In case you receive a defective or damaged piece please contact our customer care team and we will get back to you as soon as possible. To reach our customer care, please start a live chat, use the contact us form or simply Email us, with the following information;
- Order Number
- Product name
- Description of the issue regarding the defective piece.
- It is best to add pictures of the defective piece.

My order never arrived. How can I track it?
If you did not receive your order within the provided time by our representative please check with your local post office prior noticing us about the delivery. You can track your order through our tracking page using the order code sent to you in the confirmation email.
If you are unable to track your order please be sure to check all doorways, areas outside your house, and ask your neighbors if they accidently picked up any parcel on your behalf.

How do I get this exchanged?
If you have received item(s) that you did not order, please

Do you ship to my country?
Yes we do ship worldwide. But taxes (VAT) may apply that you have to pay at the time of receiving your order. Usually they are very minimum and will not be a of any inconvenient.
Can I return a product after purchase?
Customers are eligible to our return policy if the item(s) to be returned are in brand new condition and, without any damages. However the customer will be liable to bear the shipping cost or taxes for returning those goods. We do not accept any return without prior notice and approval.

Lederhosenstore.com guarantees a full refund for customers who wish to return the goods, provided that the refund is requested 10 days mentioned in our return policy. Refund is also on the basis of damaged and / or not as per the requested product.

My order is marked delivered by the tracking number, but I have not received any package yet. What do I do?
If your tracking code shows that the package was delivered, then there could be a mistake in the address where it was dropped. Please recheck the shipping address you provided while making the purchase. Also check with your neighbors if they
received any package on your behalf.

Can I change my order after completion?
No, unfortunately, it can’t be done; changes are not acceptable to orders placed already. We can’t add, remove or change the number of items, color or size, the payment method, or the item itself.
I want to exchange an item from my order. What do I do?

My coupon code is being marked as “in valid”. How can I avail the offered discounts?
If your coupon code is stated as “in valid” there could be many reasons for it;
You must be entering the same coupon more than one time. Our system allows one coupon to be used by one unique user for promotion. If you are using it once, please make sure that the page is not refreshed and you complete the checkout process.
You are using an expired coupon code. Our offers may have limited timeline within which the coupon can be used.

What should I do if I do not receive my order confirmation?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation then there can be few reasons to it;
1. Your order was not completely processed due to some technical error with internet or browser.
2. You email address was not correct due to some unintentional typing error.
3. The email went to your “spam” or “trash” folder.

I want to cancel my order, can I do it?
Cancellation is not always possible and mostly can’t be done. We can still cancel your order if the items have not yet been packaged and shipped. It is advised to contact us immediately at support@dirndlonlineshop.com. For cancelled order refunds a 20% transaction fees is charged
Delivery
When will my order be delivered?

If my parcel is not delivered, what will happen?
We advise you to wait as logistics might take some unexpected time. However, you can reach out to us at support@dirndlonlineshop.com. If the parcel is not delivered to you, it will be returned to the courier office in your area. department. Please contact them for further details or email us for help.
When will I receive my parcel?
We also want you to receive your order as soon as possible. After receiving your order in our system with prepayment, your order automatically transfers to the logistics department and is processed there.

How would I know my order is successful and being processed?
