Only damaged or incorrectly shipped products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as per our refund/return policy. We maintain a money back policy once the refunded products are received in original form. Items received in damaged state can be returned by contacting our support team, or by emailing us at email@example.com.
In case of refund, the following requirements need to be met:
- The item should not be damaged.
- Request for refund needs to be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Customer shall bear the cost(s) of shipping and handling.
- Multiple orders for size check will not be returned or refunded

Or you can simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our support team will respond to your inquiry at the provided email address. Full purchase amount refund will be made within 2-4 days of receiving the item. Refund shall be made through the same mode of payment as original purchase payment.
