Size Exchange Requests

Size exchange request rules;

  1. Sizes will be exchanged but will not be returned or refunded
  2. Please note order with multiple sizes will not be accepted. We do not entertain returns for orders containing multiple sizes ordered for trial.
  3. All products must be repacked in original packaging.
  4. Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of purchase.
  5. Damaged products received improperly are not eligible.
  6. Return shipping, duty, or VAT will be adjusted in refund.

Partial refunds may apply in certain cases.

Damaged Items Exchange

Please be advised:

  1. A 20% restocking fee is charged for all returns
  2. Packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact
  3. Color differences due to screen resolution are not accepted
  4. Shoes must be tried indoors
  5. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

We may offer store points or vouchers for exchanges.
