Therefore, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you have an option to return it in exchange for a store credit or an exchange.

Size Exchange Requests

Size exchange request rules;
- Sizes will be exchanged but will not be returned or refunded
- Please note order with multiple sizes, placed to return the additional pairs will not be accepted. Accordingly to our policy we do not entertain returns for the orders containing multiple sizes – ordered so with the intention of checking/trying out best fits.
- All product(s) have to be repacked in their original packings.
- All returns should be postmarked within 14 days of purchase.
- Product(s) damaged and received improper, will not be eligible for a return and refund request.
- Return shipping cost and any Duty or VAT will be adjusted in the refund amount.
Please be advised, partial refunds (if applicable) might be subjected to certain returns.
Damaged Items Exchange
Please be advised:
- A small 20% restocking fee is charged for all returns
- The products should have all packaging, labels, and tags intact
- Color difference might be due to screen resolutions – we do not take returns for small differences
- Shoes should be tried on indoors
- Returns owing to change of mind will not be accepted
