Size exchange request rules;
- Sizes will be exchanged but will not be returned or refunded
- Please note order with multiple sizes will not be accepted. We do not entertain returns for orders containing multiple sizes ordered for trial.
- All products must be repacked in original packaging.
- Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of purchase.
- Damaged products received improperly are not eligible.
- Return shipping, duty, or VAT will be adjusted in refund.
Partial refunds may apply in certain cases.

- A 20% restocking fee is charged for all returns
- Packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact
- Color differences due to screen resolution are not accepted
- Shoes must be tried indoors
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
